Billie Barnes (Holman) is a lifelong resident of Sedalia. She is married to Todd Holman and together they have five children in their “Brady Bunch” family.
She enjoys being involved with the community and is currently on the Board of the Sedalia Area Chamber of Commerce as well as the Sedalia School District Foundation. Community involvement is extremely important to her.
Billie graduated Smith-Cotton High School in 1989 and State Fair Community College in 1991. She received her Real Estate license and began working at RE/MAX of Sedalia in 2005 and became a part owner in 2016. Ashlee Martin calls herself a "Sedalia lifer", planning on living in Sedalia forever. With over 10 years in the insurance business, she has experience in real estate and customer service making her an asset to the real estate world.
Ashlee's true passions are watching her blended family, Dylan, Ali, Rylee, Zoe and Birkli grow up, along with spending time with her husband, Jason Martin. She is an avid St. Louis Cardinals fan and loves watching any kind of baseball.

Angie Yeager is a Sedalia native and is happy to be raising her kids in her hometown. Her work experience since obtaining her license includes residential real estate, rental property, residential construction and commercial property. Over the past 5 years Ms. Yeager-Kroeger has also helped with the development of The Gables Subdivision and The Crossing Shopping Center. Before beginning a career in Real Estate Angie worked as a sale person for a large database compilation company helping mailers do mailing list for catalogers in the B to B market. Nicci Cashman has lived in the Sedalia area for 18 plus years. She has vast experience with rental properties and rehabbing homes. Dena Stockstill has lived in Sedalia, MO for most of her life and attended Sedalia schools. Robert Ekstrom has lived in Sedalia since 1991. His first love was basketball and he played for 6 years in school. As soon as he graduated from Smith-Cotton High School in 1999, he went straight into the work force. In 2017 he decided to pursue a career in real estate. Kelly was born in Sedalia and grew up in Warsaw, Missouri. She married Allen Heimbach III in 1984, they have two children and five grandchildren. In her free time she enjoys her family and her "mini Farm". She also enjoys riding horses and spending time outdoors when she can.
