Billie Barnes (Holman) is a lifelong resident of Sedalia.  She is married to Todd Holman and together they have five children in their “Brady Bunch” family.

She enjoys being involved with the community and is currently on the Board of the Sedalia Area Chamber of Commerce as well as the Sedalia School District Foundation.  Community involvement is extremely important to her.

Born and raised in the Sedalia area, Kyscha Martin has worked in the real estate business in some capacity for the last 10+ years as an adverting representative, administrator or Real Estate agent.  She has enjoyed being a part of the RE/MAX of Sedalia family since 2009.  She obtained her Broker-Salesperson license in 2018.

Angie Yeager is a Sedalia native and is happy to be raising her kids in her hometown.   Her work experience since obtaining her license includes residential real estate, rental property, residential construction and commercial property. Over the past 5 years Ms. Yeager has also helped with the development of The Gables Subdivision and The Crossing Shopping Center.    Before beginning a career in Real Estate Angie worked as a sale person for a large database compilation company helping mailers do mailing list for catalogers in the B to B market.    Angie is an alumnus of Smith-Cotton high school and attended University of Central Missouri to obtain her BSBA with an emphasis in Marketing.

Joy A. Wenner graduated from Green Ridge High School in 1990, where she spent most of her years growing up. Post-graduation, she attended SFCC for 2 years, later graduating from Nichols Career Center in Jefferson City, MO with a Certified expanded function dental assistant degree and has worked in Sedalia for Dr. Keethler, DDS for the past 22 years.

In 1997, she married her husband Charlie and moved to Sedalia. They raised two amazing boys, Alex and Austyn. She enjoys fitness, reading and spending time with her family and friends and her Golden Retrievers Archie and Ollie.

As an involved member in the community she often attended PTA, was a member of SC Soccer Booster Club for the past 7 yrs. and was involved with recreational and competitive soccer and is an active member of First Baptist Church of Sedalia.

Haley was born and raised in Sedalia, Missouri. She attended University of Central Missouri and graduated with a Bachelor's Degree in Speech-Language Pathology, with a minor in psychology.

She received her real estate license and began working at RE/MAX of Sedalia in 2022. Haley will be joining the Billie Barnes Team to learn from their two decades of experience and follow in her mother's footsteps. Watching her mother, Billie, navigate through her own real estate journey, she understands just how much hard work that this job really entails.

In addition to this, Haley will be attending the University of Central Missouri in pursuit of her Master's Degree. he spent the next 20+ years managing restaurants before moving back to Sedalia.

Laura Perkins was born and raised in Sedalia and was a graduate of Smith-Cotton High School in 1990.  She then went on to UCM where she received her teaching degree and was honored to teach for the Knob Noster school district for twenty-eight years.  

In 1995, she married her husband Mike Perkins and they raised two wonderful children in and around the Sedalia area.  Laura is now an empty nester and resides in Warrensburg.  She enjoys reading, gardening, and spending time with family.
